SMR in Poland and effect on Vienna

In Poland, the first EIA for a Small Modular Reactor (SMR) was initiated in Europe. An SMR is a new concept for a nuclear reactor. Since nuclear power plants can cause cross-border effects, a study was commissioned to review the project in Poland from a scientific point of view.欧洲首个针对小型模块化反应堆（Small Modular Reactor, SMR）的环境影响评价（Environmental Impact Assessment, EIA）已在波兰正式启动。小型模块化反应堆是一种新型核反应堆概念。鉴于核电站可能引发跨境影响，相关机构委托开展了一项从科学视角对波兰该项目进行评估的研究。
