RNA sequencing of mouse sciatic nerve to characterize blood-nerve-barrier gene expression in Nf1 deficient mice

The goals of this study is to compare blood-nerve-barrier transcriptome profiling (RNAseq) of wildtype; P2RY14-/-; Nf1fl/f Dhh Cre and P2RY14-/- Nf1fl/f Dhh Cre mouse sciatic nerves (n=2) per genotype. Sciatic nerves from wildtype; P2RY14-/-; Nf1fl/f Dhh Cre and P2RY14-/- Nf1fl/f Dhh Cre were dissected from 4-month old mice. RNA was isolated and submitted for RNA sequencing at the CCHMC.
