qPCR data for RT in THP-1 cells

This data contains measurements of HIV-1-GFP reverse transcription in THP-1 cells. DNA was isolated from cells 24 h after infection and levels of early (minus-strand strong stop), intermediate (first-strand transfer), and late (second-strand transfer) reverse transcripts were determined by qPCR.本数据集收录了人类免疫缺陷病毒1型-绿色荧光蛋白（HIV-1-GFP）在THP-1细胞中的逆转录水平检测数据。实验于细胞感染后24小时提取基因组DNA，并通过实时定量聚合酶链反应（qPCR）定量检测早期（负链强终止，minus-strand strong stop）、中间（第一链转移，first-strand transfer）及晚期（第二链转移，second-strand transfer）逆转录产物的表达水平。
