Original Western blot image files and unprocessed Odyssey LI-COR files from the article "Targeting oncogenic functions of miR-301a in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma by PI3K/PTEN and MEK/ERK pathways"

This dataset contains original TIFF files and unprocessed data acquired using a LI-COR Odyssey imaging system. Files are provided in their original format as generated by the instrument. A PDF file labelled as "Uncropped WB" containing 72 uncropped blot images from all 8 proteins in three different HNSCC cell lines and three biological replicates is also included. This file was mandatory and uploaded to complete the first manuscript submission, in accordance to the journal's policies. In addition, we have included a PDF file labelled "New original TIFF files for pS6 and pAKT (T308) concern" to address the editor’s concerns regarding these two proteins.本数据集包含使用LI-COR Odyssey成像系统采集的原始TIFF文件与未处理数据，所有文件均以仪器生成的原生格式留存。此外附带一份标注为"未裁切蛋白印迹（Uncropped WB）"的PDF文件，其中包含72张未裁切印迹图像，对应3种不同头颈鳞状细胞癌（HNSCC）细胞系、3次生物学重复中的全部8种蛋白。该文件为遵循期刊投稿规范提交首版手稿时的必备材料，已依规上传。另外，我们补充了一份标注为"针对pS6与pAKT(T308)相关问题的原始TIFF新文件"的PDF文件，用以回应编辑针对这两种蛋白提出的审稿疑虑。
