Number of replies “to a very large extent” or “to a fairly large extent” to the question: “To what extent are organisational conditions in the school that promote interaction between teachers?” divided by the total number of respondents to the question where the pedagogical staff have indicated that they are working in elementary school. The survey is conducted every two years in half of the country’s municipalities, so during a cycle over two years all schools in the country participate.
