Ligand-Controlled Asymmetric Arylation of Aliphatic α‑Amino Anion Equivalents

A palladium-catalyzed asymmetric arylation of 9-aminofluorene-derived imines using a chiral dialkylbiaryl phosphine as the supporting ligand has been developed.
