HAC1-induced transcriptome in Yarrowia lipolytica

The aim of this study was to investigate HAC1-induced transcriptome in Yarrowia lipolytica cells. HAC1 native gene was co-over-expressed in the host cells together with a secretory version of YFP (scYFP). Both genes were expressed from consitutive promoter. Transcriptome of HAC1+scYFP strain was compared to transcriptome of a prototrophic counterpart of the host cells. The obtaiend results allowed to identify DEGs that are deregualted upon HAC1 over-expression and high-level synthesis of YFP protein.
