This study aims to investigate the impact of digital transformation, organizational agility, and digital capability on firm performance. The study is using a quantitative method with primary data collected through questionnaires with a total 125 respondents from individual at level staff, supervisor, assistant manager, manager, senior manager, and director in Jakarta and Palembang who worked in the non-financial sector in listed and non-listed firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis was calculated using SmartPLS and SPSS Statistical Tool.
