Micro-C XL of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

We report change in the chromatin contacts at nucleosomal resolution upon deletion of ATP-dependent chromatin remodellers(Isw1,Isw2 and Chd1) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Both wildtype and triple knockout strains chromatin were crosslinked with two different crosslinkers, digested with MNase. After end repairing biotin labelling and ligation was done.
