Unveiling Functional Heterogeneity in Breast Cancer MCTS through Single-Cell RNA seq

The goal of this study was to describe functional heterogeneity in cancer using MCTS MCF7 as tumor model, two time points were considered as an early and advanced tumor stages. Despite time, MCTS MCF7 work as a systemic unit using task stratification with the ultimate goal to promote tumor survival. Overall design: MCF7 mRNA profiles of 6-day old MCTS and 19-day old MCTS were generated by deep sequencing.
