Data of article: HERFD-XAS evidence for an octahedrally coordinated CoSn-polysulfide precursor as a probe for the mechanism of pyrite formation

The dataset contains the HERFD-XAS data and powder XRD data of the samples analyzed in the article submitted to Geochimica Cosmochimica Acta (GCA) entitled : HERFD-XAS evidence for an octahedrally coordinated CoSn-polysulfide precursor as a probe for the mechanism of pyrite formation. The HERFD-XAS data were collected at BM16-FAME beamline at ESRF, Grenoble during experiment EV-520. The powder XRD data were recorded at IMPMC, Paris. Detailed description of the samples and data collection procedures are given in the article. The data are provided as two .zip files for XAS and XRD respectively. Every XAS scan is provided in ascii format for each sample in a dedicated directory. The sample directories are assembled and compressed in a .zip file. The XRD data are provided in a single text file containing every sample data, compressed as a .zip file.本数据集包含提交至《Geochimica Cosmochimica Acta》（简称GCA）的论文中所分析样品的高能量分辨率荧光检测X射线吸收精细结构（HERFD-XAS, High Energy Resolution Fluorescence Detected X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy）数据与粉末X射线衍射（XRD, X-ray Diffraction）数据，该论文标题为《HERFD-XAS证据证实八配位CoSn多硫化物前驱体可作为黄铁矿形成机制的研究探针》。HERFD-XAS数据于格勒诺布尔欧洲同步辐射光源（ESRF, European Synchrotron Radiation Facility）的BM16-FAME光束线站采集，实验编号为EV-520。粉末XRD数据则于巴黎矿物学、材料物理与宇宙化学研究所（IMPMC, Institut de Minéralogie, de Physique des Matériaux et de Cosmochimie）录制完成。关于样品详情与数据采集流程的详细说明，请参见该论文。 本数据集以两个独立的.zip压缩包分别提供XAS与XRD相关数据。每个样品的XAS扫描数据均以ASCII格式存储于专属目录内，所有样品目录经打包压缩后生成XAS数据压缩包。XRD数据则整合为单个文本文件以存储全部样品的测试数据，并压缩为.zip压缩包。
