Soil bacteria of saline-alkali soil in Hami region, Xinjiang

To explain the changes of soil bacterial community and its relationship with environmental factors in the saline-alkali soil in Hami region of Xinjiang. It provided data support for vegetation restoration and ecological stability in desertification areas.
