Genome assemblies of 4 Arabidopsis thaliana Mutation Accumulation lines with PacBio HiFi reads

Here we present the telomere-to-telomere assemblies generated with PacBio HiFi reads of four Mutation Accumulation (MA) lines derived 31 generations ago from a common ancestor of the Arabidopsis thaliana accession Col-0 (Shaw et al. 2000; doi: 10.1093/genetics/155.1.369). These lines are direct descendants of the cohort sequenced by Becker et al. 2011 (doi: 10.1038/nature10555). This project collects the genomic PacBio HiFi reads, and the corresponding de novo genome assemblies of lines MA32-59, MA32-69, MA32-89, and MA32-119.
