Additional file 13: Table 12. This table contains the differentially expressed (DE) genes between fixed/cryo versus cryo human colon biopsies, separated by cell population. The test was performed using Seurat MAST, with genes considered DE if they had a FDR adjusted p-value < 0.05 and were present in at least 10% of cells (see Methods). Positive Log2FC values indicate higher expression in fixed/cryo samples, while negative values indicate higher expression in cryo samples.补充文件13：表12。本表格收录了人类结肠活检组织在固定/冷冻处理组与仅冷冻处理组之间的差异表达（differentially expressed，DE）基因，并按细胞群进行了分类呈现。本次差异表达分析采用Seurat MAST工具完成，筛选标准为：经错误发现率（false discovery rate，FDR）校正后的P值小于0.05，且该基因在至少10%的细胞中可被检测到（详见方法部分）。Log2倍数变化（Log2FC）为正值代表该基因在固定/冷冻样本中表达水平更高，负值则代表其在仅冷冻样本中表达水平更高。
