Dataset of PVC and Composite Pipe Rings

This dataset comprises 400 time-series acquired from four accelerometers and one force gauge mounted on PVC and carbon-fiber epoxy composite pipe rings. These pipe rings were subjected to band-limited random excitation at two amplitude levels: 2 V and 3 V, applied via an electrodynamic shaker. Measurements were collected at a sampling rate of 20,480 Hz over a 10-second duration for each trial. The data was recorded at four circumferential locations around the ring (P1: 0°, P2: 90°, P3: 180° and P4: 270°). For each test condition, 20 independent realizations were acquired. All signals are stored in MATLAB .mat files. The data acquisition was performed using LMS SCADAS system at the Structural Health Monitoring Laboratory, São Paulo State University - UNESP, Ilha Solteira, Brazil. 本数据集包含400组时间序列数据,采集自安装于聚氯乙烯(PVC)与碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料管环上的4台加速度计(accelerometers)及1台力传感器(force gauge)。该类管环通过电动振动台(electrodynamic shaker)施加了两种幅值等级(2 V与3 V)的带限随机激励。每次试验的采样率设为20480 Hz,数据采集时长为10秒。 数据采集点位覆盖管环的4个周向位置:P1: 0°、P2: 90°、P3: 180°及P4: 270°。针对每种试验工况,均完成了20组独立重复试验的数据采集。所有信号均存储为MATLAB .mat格式文件。 数据采集工作于巴西圣保罗州立大学(UNESP)伊尔索雷特利亚校区的结构健康监测实验室(Structural Health Monitoring Laboratory)中,采用LMS SCADAS系统(LMS SCADAS system)完成。有关试验装置与试验台架的详细信息,可参阅随附文档PIPERINGS_Dataset_Mendeley.pdf。
