Lung function

This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where Apoe-/- mice were exposed to cigarette smoke for 2 months either in a nose-only exposure chamber (NOEC) or in a whole-body exposure chamber (WBEC). Respiratory physiology measurements using unrestrained whole body plethysmography (FlexiVent system, SCIREQ, Montreal, Canada).
