经以10%~30%乙腈（acetonitrile）为洗脱剂的反相色谱（reversed-phase chromatography）纯化后的水母肽，其抗氧化活性采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基（DPPH）、2,2'-联氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)自由基（ABTS）及铁离子还原抗氧化能力（FRAP）三种方法进行测定
