Identified variants and corresponding non-reference allele frequencies in gene MTH1 on Chromosome 4. A blank cell indicates that the position of that time point is not called significantly different than G7. The positions highlighted as blue were also identified by Kvitek, 2013. The other 81 positions are novel identified variants in 8 timepoints.
