Industrial / Commercial direct dischargers

According to the Water Resources Act (WHG), discharges of waste water from collecting systems or from waste water treatment or sewage treatment plants into water constitute uses for which an official permit must be granted. Industrial/commercial direct dischargers are production/commercial companies that purify the wastewater generated in their own wastewater treatment plants and then discharge it directly into a body of water.根据《水资源法（Water Resources Act，WHG）》，从收集系统、废水处理厂或污水处理厂向水体排放废水的行为，均属于需取得官方许可的用水类型。工业/商业直接排放企业，指自行在其废水处理厂中净化所产生的废水，随后将净化后的废水直接排入水体的生产或商业企业。
