X.mat = x coordinates of individual fish. Each row is an individual trial, columns represent individual frames. Measured in pixels. Y.mat = y coordinates of individual fish. Each row is an individual trial, columns represent individual frames. Measured in pixels.Trials were filmed at 15 frames per second. There are 0.9267 pixels per mm across trials. Trials 50, 52, 66, 69 and 63 were filtered out due to not meeting criterion as described in the paper. Stimpos.mat = Position of the stimulus. (frame,[x,y],trial).
