Decarboxylation of naturally abundant amino acids along with subsequent inter- or intramolecular reaction cascade offers rapid synthesis of a variety of complex and high-value amine derivatives. Previous strategies show a high dependency on transition metals, tedious operations, or harsh conditions. Herein, we reported a novel reaction cascade of α-amino acids decarboxylation and nucleophilic functionalization characterized by transition-metal-free, convenient operation, environmentally benign, and mild conditions.

天然丰度氨基酸的脱羧反应结合后续的分子间或分子内级联反应,可快速合成多种复杂高价值的胺类衍生物。既往的相关合成策略高度依赖过渡金属,且操作繁琐、反应条件严苛。本文报道了一种全新的α-氨基酸脱羧与亲核官能化级联反应,该反应具有无过渡金属参与、操作简便、环境友好且反应条件温和的特点。
