During the artificial wheat-seed aging process, the activity levels of antioxidant enzymes and the contents of non-enzyme antioxidants decreased, leading to the accumulation of ROS and an increase in the carbonyl protein content, which ultimately led to a decrease in seed vigor, and there was a significant negative correlation between seed vigor and carbonyl protein content.在人工小麦种子老化进程中，抗氧化酶活性与非酶类抗氧化剂含量均出现下降，进而引发活性氧（ROS）积累及羰基蛋白含量升高，最终导致种子活力降低；且种子活力与羰基蛋白含量间存在显著负相关关系。
