The mean Plaque2.0-based infection scores of the four biological replicates are provided by mean_numberOfNuclei (number of nuclei based on Hoechst staining), mean_numberOfInfectedNuclei (number of GFP reporter-based infected nuclei), mean_infectionIndex (ratio of numberOfInfectedNuclei to numberOfNuclei), mean_numberOfPlaques (number of GFP reporter-based plaques) and mean_totalVirusIntensity (total GFP reporter signal intensity).
