To characterize the differentially expressed genes between infected skin with normal skin Overall design: Using C. irritans-tail-infection method, infected skin (group Isk) and non-infected skin (group Nsk) of E. coioides infected with C. irritans and normal skin (group C) of E. coioides were sampled.
