Bacillus pumilus RI06-95 whole genome

The goals of this study are to sequence, assemble and annotate the whole genome of B. pumilus RI06-95. This bacterium has shown probiotic protection against common marine pathogens in bacterial challenge assays, and may be particularly useful for shellfish hatcheries.本研究旨在对短小芽孢杆菌（Bacillus pumilus）RI06-95的全基因组进行测序、组装与注释。该菌株在细菌攻毒试验中已被证实可对常见海洋病原菌发挥益生保护作用，尤其适用于贝类育苗场。
