本研究基于中国高分七号（GF-7）卫星影像，构建了一个高分辨率（0.65米）建筑物数据集。该数据集影像覆盖天津、兰州、重庆、宁波、广州和深圳共六个城市，包含5175对512×512像素的影像瓦片（其中训练集3106对、验证集1034对、测试集1035对），总计覆盖中国境内573.17平方公里的区域。数据集共标注170,015栋建筑物，其中145,327栋（84.8%）分布于城区，其余24,688栋
