Characterization of Novel Toti-like virus in Sea Bass, Dicentrarchus labrax

We used a panel of cellular, serological and molecular methods associated to in vivo experimental infections to characterize a virus isolated from sea bass larvae in winter 2018 in the context of an increase of mortality / morbidity in several batches of a hatchery. Here, sequencing of the extracted RNA from the batch 19/364-17 revealed the presence of not only the Toti-like virus which was shown to grow on fish cell line but also of more than 10 viruses such as dicistrovirus, rhabdovirus, ...本研究采用细胞、血清学与分子生物学组合检测方法，并结合体内实验感染手段，对2018年冬季某水产孵化场多批次苗种出现死亡率与发病率上升背景下分离的海鲈仔鱼源病毒进行了系统表征。本次针对批次19/364-17样本的提取RNA进行测序后发现，不仅存在已证实可在鱼类细胞系中增殖的托迪样病毒（Toti-like virus），还同时检出了双顺反子病毒、弹状病毒等十余种其他病毒。
