Oenococcus oeni transcriptomic analysis under low acid condition

Oenococcus oeni is a dominant wine lactic bacteria, producing a reduction in total acidity of wine, could survival in high acid stress. This study aimed to exploring the comprehensive acid regulatory mechanism of O.oeni survived in low-pH environment by comparative transcriptomics using mutants with discrepant phenotypic.酒酒球菌（Oenococcus oeni）是葡萄酒中的优势乳酸菌，可降低葡萄酒总酸度，且能在高酸胁迫环境中存活。本研究旨在通过比较转录组学技术，利用表型存在差异的突变株，探究酒酒球菌在低pH环境下存活的全面酸调控机制。
