Stream model ecosystem (ExStream mesocosm system) Genome sequencing and assembly

A stream mesocosm system called ExStream was used to investigate the effects of flow velocity, temperature, and salinity during stressor application and release to the microbial community of a freshwater stream. Samples for 16S rRNA gene analysis, metagenomic, and metatranscriptomic sequencing were taken after stressor phase and recovery phase of 14 days, respectively.本研究采用命名为ExStream的溪流中宇宙（stream mesocosm）实验系统，探究了胁迫施加与释放过程中流速、温度及盐度对淡水溪流微生物群落的影响。研究分别于胁迫阶段结束后与为期14天的恢复阶段结束后，采集了用于16S rRNA基因分析、宏基因组（metagenomic）测序及宏转录组（metatranscriptomic）测序的样本。
