Genome sequencing of Diabrotica undecimpunctata adult male principal pseudohaplotype

The purpose of this project is to sequence and assemble the genome of Diabrotica undecimpunctata, a major pest of field crops such as corn and specialty crops such as cucumbers and other cucurbits.本项目的研究目标为对十一星黄瓜甲虫（Diabrotica undecimpunctata）的基因组进行测序与组装，该物种是玉米等大田作物以及黄瓜、其他葫芦科作物等特色作物的主要害虫。
