We determined the complete genome sequence of Thermus thermophilus TMY (JCM 10668) using combined Oxford Nanopore and MGI DNBSEQ sequencing technologies.本研究结合牛津纳米孔（Oxford Nanopore）与MGI DNBSEQ测序技术，完成了嗜热栖热菌（Thermus thermophilus）TMY（JCM 10668）的全基因组序列测定。
