As an economically and ecologically important fish, silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) shows poor environmental hypoxia tolerance and often inevitably contributes to a loss of aquaculture production. Gill is the first tissue attacked by hypoxia, however, gill of H. molitrix response to hypoxia stress at the tissue, cellular, as well as molecular levels has not been clearly established. Gill transcriptomic analysis could reveal the changes in key genes and regulatory networks in response to hypoxia conditions.
作为兼具经济与生态价值的重要鱼类,鲢鱼(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)的环境低氧耐受能力较差,常不可避免地造成水产养殖产量损失。鳃是最先受到低氧胁迫侵袭的组织,但目前尚未明确鲢鱼鳃组织在组织、细胞乃至分子层面应对低氧胁迫的响应机制。鳃转录组学分析(transcriptomic analysis)能够揭示鱼类在低氧条件下关键基因与调控网络的表达变化。
