16S rRNA sequencing of fecal samples from FTZ-treated hypertensive rats

The increased intakes of fructose and salt contribute to the development of hypertension and related metabolic disorders, which are closely associated with gut dysbiosis. FTZ, a traditional Chinese patent medicine commonly used in clinical practice, has recently emerged as a promising drug candidate for metabolic diseases. The aim of the study is to investigate whether FTZ treatment could alleviate high-fructose and high-salt diet-induced hypertension, and to ascertain the role of intestinal microbiota in the antihypertensive effect of FTZ.果糖与钠盐摄入增加可促进高血压及相关代谢紊乱的发生发展，此类病症与肠道菌群失调密切相关。FTZ作为临床常用的传统中成药，近期已成为代谢性疾病领域颇具潜力的候选药物。本研究旨在探究FTZ干预能否缓解高果糖高盐饮食诱导的高血压，并明确肠道菌群在FTZ降压效应中的作用。
