Triisopropylcyclotrisiloxanetriol: An Unprecedented Cyclic Siloxanetriol with Relatively Small Substituents

cis,trans-1,3,5-Trihydroxy-1,3,5-triisopropylcyclotrisiloxane was prepared as the first example of a cyclotrisiloxanetriol stabilized by relatively small substituents. A new synthetic pathway including dearylchlorination and subsequent hydrolysis of each stereoisomer of the cyclotrisiloxanes [Ar(i-Pr)SiO]3 (Ar = Ph, o-CH3C6H4) led to exclusive formation of cis,trans-cyclotrisiloxanetriol in good yield.顺式-反式-1,3,5-三羟基-1,3,5-三异丙基环三硅氧烷被成功制备，成为首个被相对较小取代基稳定的环三硅氧烷三醇（cyclotrisiloxanetriol）类化合物。本研究开发了一条全新合成路径：通过对环三硅氧烷[Ar(i-Pr)SiO]3（Ar = 苯基（Ph）、邻甲苯基（o-CH3C6H4））的各立体异构体依次进行脱芳氯化反应与后续水解反应，最终以良好收率专一性得到顺式-反式-环三硅氧烷三醇。
