9TGU diffraction dataset for the structure of the N-terminal domain of BC2L-C lectin in complex with (5-phenylfuran-2-carboxamido)-beta-L-fucopyranose

X-ray diffraction images collected the 12th of april 2025 on beamline proxima 1 at SOLEIL synchrotron, Saint Aubin, France for PDB ID 9TGU using a DECTRIS EIGER X 16M detector. X-ray raw diffraction images and xdsme processing files for the structure of the N-terminal domain of BC2L-C lectin in complex with (5-phenylfuran-2-carboxamido)-beta-L-fucopyranose at 2.9 angstrom本数据集包含2025年4月12日在法国圣欧班SOLEIL同步辐射光源Proxima 1光束线采集的X射线衍射图像，实验采用DECTRIS EIGER X 16M探测器，对应蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank, PDB）编号9TGU。该数据集同时涵盖BC2L-C凝集素N端结构域与(5-苯基呋喃-2-甲酰胺基)-β-L-岩藻吡喃糖复合物结构的X射线原始衍射图像及xdsme处理文件，结构分辨率为2.9埃。
