RNA-seq of mouse hearts infused with Angiotensin II

To determine whether MsrB2 expression in the hypertensive heart is related to cardiovascular complications, WT and MsrB2 KO mice were infused with Angiotensin II for 2 weeks. After hypertensive induction, mice from each group were sacrificed, and the whole heart was extracted and used to perform RNA-seq.为探究高血压心脏中MsrB2的表达是否与心血管并发症相关，研究人员对野生型（WT）及MsrB2基因敲除（KO）小鼠持续输注血管紧张素II（Angiotensin II）两周。待高血压模型诱导成功后，处死各组小鼠并摘取全心脏，随后开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。
