归集高压用户负荷、用户报装信息、计费信息、表计信息等数据,结合高压用户专变容量、不发生向电网反向送电等多项约束,对浙江省全域高压用户开展用户侧储能最优安装容量开展优化计算,得到综合收益、内部收益率等数据,为用户侧储能安装提供决策参考,助力新型储能高质量发展,拓宽虚拟电厂柔性资源池,为公司新型电力系统高质量发展做出贡献。1、数据清洗:对数据集进行清洗,包括去除异常数据、处理缺失值。 2、数据转换:同一用户多个表计的负荷数据需要合并计算,同时要根据表计变比换算一次侧负荷数据,负荷数据至少包含全年35040点(365天*日均96点数据)。 数据加工:统计企业的用户电价计费模式、政府补贴等用户数据,并计算这些指标的峰谷电费收益、需量电费收益、储能设备初始投资、储能运维支出、储能设备全生命周期总收益等。 公式如下: 储能设备全生命周期总收益:峰谷电费收益+需量电费收益-储能运维支出-储能设备初始投资
This dataset collects multi-source data including high-voltage user load, customer installation application information, billing information, and meter information. Combined with multiple constraints such as the special transformer capacity of high-voltage users and prohibition of reverse power flow to the grid, optimal installed capacity calculation for customer-side energy storage is conducted for all high-voltage users across the entire Zhejiang Province. Derived indicators such as comprehensive revenue and internal rate of return (IRR) are obtained, which provide decision-making references for customer-side energy storage installation, support the high-quality development of new-type energy storage, expand the flexible resource pool of virtual power plants, and contribute to the high-quality development of the company's new-type power system. 1. Data Cleaning: Clean the dataset by removing abnormal data and handling missing values. 2. Data Transformation: Consolidate load data from multiple meters for the same user, and convert the load data to primary-side load values based on the meter transformation ratio. The load dataset shall include at least 35040 data points per year, which equals 365 days multiplied by 96 daily data points. Data Processing: Collect user-related data such as enterprises' electricity pricing billing modes and government subsidies, and calculate relevant indicators including peak-valley electricity tariff revenue, demand charge revenue, initial investment of energy storage equipment, energy storage operation and maintenance expenses, and total life-cycle revenue of energy storage equipment.
