Green manure, as a high-quality organic fertilizer, has a good role in fertilizing the ground and improving soil structure. Using the recreational period to plant green manure and turning and returning it to the field is considered an important measure to establish ecologically sustainable agriculture. At present, the research on continuous cropping obstacles of flue-cured tobacco still focuses on the effects of continuous cropping on the growth and development of tobacco plants, pests and diseases, and soil microecology, but there are few reports on the effects of green fertilizer on soil properties, soil microorganisms, and flue-cured tobacco yield and quality of continuous cropping as far as we know. Ryegrass is an important resource of green manure. In this study, ryegrass was continuously returning to the field for three years, and the responses of soil physicochemical properties, flue-cured tobacco yield and quality, and soil microbial community structure to ryegrass tillage and return were studied.

绿肥作为优质有机肥料,在培肥地力、改善土壤结构方面效果显著。利用农田休闲期种植绿肥并翻压还田,被视为构建生态可持续农业的重要举措。当前,针对烤烟连作障碍的研究多聚焦于连作对烟株生长发育、病虫害发生及土壤微生态的影响,但据我们所知,关于绿肥对连作烟田土壤性状、土壤微生物群落以及烤烟产量与品质的影响,相关研究报道仍较为匮乏。黑麦草是重要的绿肥资源,本研究设置黑麦草连续还田三年的定位试验,探究了土壤理化性质、烤烟产量与品质及土壤微生物群落结构对黑麦草翻压还田的响应规律。
