Water bacterioplankton community

We used high-throughput sequencing technology to investigate and study the phytoplankton community and physicochemical indexes of water bodies in the upper reaches of Heihe River Basin in Qinghai Plateau.本研究采用高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing）技术，对青海高原（Qinghai Plateau）黑河流域（Heihe River Basin）上游水体中的浮游植物（phytoplankton）群落及理化指标（physicochemical indexes）开展调查研究。
