The O.D. represents the mean of duplicates values obtained from each dilution sample. The values above the cut-off indicate positive sample and those below the cut-off indicate negative sample.O.D.（Optical Density，光密度）指各稀释样本重复检测结果的平均值。高于临界值（cut-off）的样本判定为阳性样本，低于该临界值的样本则判定为阴性样本。
