Orientation of HA2 peptide 20% CCALNN-HA2 in SAM of gold nanoparticles (Figure 4A dataset)

Gold nanoparticles were capped with 20% CCALNN-HA2, 80% CALNN (mole/mole) peptides. HeLa cells were incubated with these gold nanoparticles. 63 TEM images are shown here.
