Sequenced Root/Soil Samples

Samples gathered from saline soil and normal soil were sequenced. Used to compare differences between the two in order to determine the effect the microbiome has on the local growth and success of individual plants.采集自盐碱土与普通土壤的样本均已完成测序。本数据集用于对比两类土壤的差异，以明确微生物组（microbiome）对本土植物个体生长与存活的影响。
