LibQUAL+ 2010 Survey

LibQUAL+ is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Its purpose is to provide libraries with a standardized, effective method to measure the quality of library services based on the perceptions of faculty, students and staff.LibQUAL+是由研究图书馆协会（Association of Research Libraries，ARL）开发的一项调查工具。其旨在为图书馆提供一套标准化且高效的方法，基于教职员工、学生及职员的主观感知，测评图书馆服务的质量。
