Prebiotic effect of Glycomacropeptide in Phenylketonuric subjects

We evaluated the effect of GMP supplementation on the gut microbial community of PKU patients by comparing the gut microbiota before starting the GMP supplemented diet, after 3 months of the dietary treatment, and at its end.本研究通过对比苯丙酮尿症（Phenylketonuria, PKU）患者在启动GMP补充膳食前、该膳食治疗3个月后以及治疗结束时的肠道菌群，评估了GMP补充对其肠道微生物群落的影响。
