Transcriptome analysis of Cinnamomum micranthum in response to low temperature stress

Low-temperature stress is significant environmental stress limiting the distribution of the natural Cinnamomum micranthum population and ex-situ cultivation. In this project, RNA-sequencing technology was employed to provide the low-temperature stress-related transcriptome of Cinnamomum micranthum.低温胁迫是限制天然少花桂（Cinnamomum micranthum）种群分布与迁地栽培的重要环境胁迫因子。本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）技术，获取了少花桂响应低温胁迫的相关转录组数据。
