Results are for wildtype (WT), temperature-sensitive (ts), and ts virus with predicted stabilizing mutations. The plaques are scored as ++ for clear plaques, + for smaller or opaque plaques, +/− for barely distinguishable plaques, − for no plaques, and ND for not determined.
