Viable RNaseH1 knockout mice show RNaseH1 is essential for R loop processing, mitochondrial and liver function

Using RNAseq we describe transcriptional changes downstream of liver-specific knockout of RNaseH1, including effects on mitochondrial function, fibrosis and cell cycle We perform RNAseq on mouse livers under conditions of constitutive or inducible knockout of RNaseH1本研究通过RNA测序（RNAseq）技术，解析了肝脏特异性敲除核糖核酸酶H1（RNaseH1）后的下游转录组变化，包括其对线粒体功能、纤维化及细胞周期的影响。我们针对组成型或诱导型RNaseH1敲除的小鼠肝脏样本开展了RNAseq测序。
