Transcriptomics mRNA (Heart) [Individual measurements]

This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where the impact of exposure to cigarette smoke and e-vapor aerosols on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of ApoE -/-mice was studied. The heart transcriptome was characterized using a GeneChip Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Array and scanned using a 3000 7G GeneChip® scanner.
