as a part of the project looking into the role of ATR in regulating replication initiation and to investigate the rapid replication of CD8+ T cells, we report the replication timing analysis of murine CD8+ T cells and fibroblasts treated with ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 Overall design: CD8+ T cells and fibroblasts were treated with DMSO or 5uM AZD6738 for total of 1 h and labeled ongoing replication with 10uM BrdU for the last 30 min. of treatment.
