The effect of ATR inhibition on the replication timing program

as a part of the project looking into the role of ATR in regulating replication initiation and to investigate the rapid replication of CD8+ T cells, we report the replication timing analysis of murine CD8+ T cells and fibroblasts treated with ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 Overall design: CD8+ T cells and fibroblasts were treated with DMSO or 5uM AZD6738 for total of 1 h and labeled ongoing replication with 10uM BrdU for the last 30 min. of treatment.本研究隶属于旨在探究ATR调控DNA复制起始的作用，以及CD8+ T细胞快速复制机制的项目，现报道经ATR激酶抑制剂AZD6738处理的小鼠CD8+ T细胞与成纤维细胞的复制时序分析数据。 实验设计概况：将CD8+ T细胞与成纤维细胞用二甲基亚砜（DMSO）或5μM AZD6738处理总计1小时，并在处理的最后30分钟以10μM溴脱氧尿苷（BrdU）标记正在进行的DNA复制过程。
