tRNA pool analysis of S. cerevisiae lacking Paf1 and Rtf1 using tRNA-HySeq

tRNAs isolated from log phase yeast cells were hydrolyzed, followed by adapter ligation and sequencing. tRNA from wild type yeast and yeast lacking Paf1 or Rtf1从对数生长期酵母细胞中分离得到的转运RNA（tRNA）经水解处理后，依次进行接头连接与测序实验。该实验的研究对象涵盖野生型酵母的tRNA，以及缺失Paf1或Rtf1的酵母的tRNA。
